(Quezon City, Philippines) March 2, 2014 - Members and applicants of UP Advertising Core had a night filled with fun exchange of styling tips and blogging dos and don’ts.

Shai Lagarde, owner and blogger of Love Chic, shared some insights on fashion blogging.

Shai mentioned ways on how to set up and maintain a fashion blog. She cited the challenges you have to go through at the beginning and the rewards you can get after becoming a fashion blogger. She also shared how she managed to overcome her shyness and her experience in bullying when she was young because of her blog. Moreover, she shared how fashion became a part of her life and how her interest in it grew day by day as manifested in her blog.

The seminar was organized by Team AdVance (Second Semester, AY 2013-2014). AdVance is a learning seminar-workshop, exclusively for UP AdCore applicants and members, which focuses on the corporate side of the advertising world.
